About 2 months ago we placed an order with the Toy Watch sales rep. She met us at our store and was excited about us carrying the line. We were finally told after a month of being ignored that we could not carry the line. All this was done thru one e-mail. The sales rep and her boss would not even return our calls after the one e-mail they sent us! How professional were they??
